Title ID supports prevention and intervention programs for children and youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at-risk. In PPS, Title ID funding is allocated on a per pupil basis to the following facilities and programs:
- Multnomah Education Service District supporting
- PPS Multiple Pathways to Graduation
