You'll be paired with a dedicated College Success Coach who will guide you through your journey at Portland Community College (PCC), offering personalized support, academic advising, and career planning.

Thanks to a partnership with èßäÊÓƵ, Yes to College is offered at no cost to eligible èßäÊÓƵ. While working toward your educational goals, whether it's a diploma, GED, or improved English through ESOL, you’ll receive the resources and guidance to thrive.

    GED Option:

Students attend classes at PCC to prepare for the GED tests. After earning their GED, they may qualify for a scholarship through the program that covers up to one year of college credit.

    ESOL Option:

Students take ESOL classes at PCC to build their English language skills, with a range of course options available. Once they complete the ESOL levels and are still within the eligible high èßäÊÓƵ age range, they have the opportunity to work toward a GED or possibly a high èßäÊÓƵ diploma.

    High School Diploma Option:

Students take dual credit college classes at PCC that count toward both their high èßäÊÓƵ diploma and a college degree. They begin the program alongside peers also transitioning to the program at PCC, taking core courses together to build the skills needed for academic success. After successfully completing their first term, èßäÊÓƵ continue with additional college-level coursework depending on their high èßäÊÓƵ diploma requirements.
