• Vandalism

    Vandalism includes willfully causing damage to buildings, fences, trees or other parts of èßäÊÓƵ property.  This includes cutting, marking or defacing in any manner.  Any damage to èßäÊÓƵ property can be grounds for èßäÊÓƵ consequences including suspension or expulsion.  Any damage to èßäÊÓƵ property willfully caused by a student shall be assessed against the student and the parent(s) having legal custody of the student.  Also, any student who willfully causes damage to another student’s or staff member’s personal property will be liable for the damage and will be subject to further disciplinary consequences.
