Electronics Policy

  • Marysville Cell Phone Policy 2019-2020

    Students are encouraged to leave cell phones at home.  If èßäÊÓƵ choose to bring cell phones to èßäÊÓƵ, they are to èßäÊÓƵ “Off and Away” during èßäÊÓƵ hours.  Students who use cell phones during èßäÊÓƵ hours will be considered insubordinate and disciplinary action may be taken as needed.  This includes wearing ear buds and headphones in èßäÊÓƵ.  Being present at èßäÊÓƵ is essential and allows èßäÊÓƵ to fully engage with learning.  The èßäÊÓƵ Cell Phone Policy includes:

    1st Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and returned to student at the end of the èßäÊÓƵ day.

    2nd Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and given to Mrs. Robertson (School Climate Coach) and returned at the end of the èßäÊÓƵ day to a parent only.

    3rd Occurrence-Cell phone will be collected and given back at the end of the quarter.

     

    Marysville School is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged electronic devices.
